What Is Invigorate®?

Invigorate® is BP’s unique proprietary additive found in all three grades of BP gasoline with Invigorate® including Amoco Ultimate® that is specially formulated to help protect critical engine parts against sludge and corrosion.*

What grades of BP gasoline contain Invigorate®?

All three grades of BP gasoline contain Invigorate®, so when you're at the pump, you'll have your choice of BP Regular with Invigorate®, BP Silver® with extra Invigorate® and Amoco Ultimate® with maximum Invigorate®.

Where can I find Invigorate®?

BP gasoline with Invigorate® is standard at all BP stations. Use our station finder to locate the BP nearest you.

Do other brands of gasoline have Invigorate®?

No. Invigorate® is BP's proprietary additive and is found only in BP gasoline.

Does BP guarantee BP gasoline with Invigorate®?

BP guarantees all of its fuel products, including BP gasoline with Invigorate®. In the unlikely event that you experience fuel-system trouble due to the use of Amoco Ultimate® with Invigorate®, BP Silver® BP Regular or BP Diesel®, we'll reimburse you for the repairs. Simply call us at 1-800-333-3991 to report the problem. You'll also need to provide your fuel receipt and mechanic's repair bill. We'll review your claim, and any BP fuel-related repairs will be reimbursed to you.

What are the benefits of Amoco Ultimate® with Invigorate®?

Amoco Ultimate® with Invigorate® contains our highest level of Invigorate additive specially formulated to help protect critical engine parts from sludge and corrosion.* For cars that can benefit from higher octane, Amoco Ultimate® with Invigorate® delivers more power and quicker acceleration compared to regular grade gasoline.

Which cars should use premium fuel?

As engine technology evolves, requirements for premium fuel may also evolve. Furthermore, as cars age, they can develop an increased octane requirement. BP offers a range of fuels for today's vehicles, so the best thing to do is to consult your owner's manual for its recommendation on fuel selection.

Does BP's gasoline with Invigorate® meet TOP TIER™ detergent gasoline standards?

Yes, BP is a registered TOP TIER™ retailer. In fact, our additive treat rates exceed TOP TIER minimum standards for detergency.

Why Do I Have An Initial Balance On My Card? I Have Not Yet Made A Qualifying Purchase.

As a thank you for becoming a valued member of BP Driver Rewards, we have extended a one-time initial reward of 10¢ off per gallon, good for up to 20 gallons – just to get you started.**

Is there a fee to join BP Driver Rewards?

No. There is no membership fee.

Will my BP Driver Rewards card be accepted at all BP sites, nationwide?

The card is valid at the participating locations found here. You will not be able to earn or redeem earned rewards at BP pumps in Alabama, non-participating BP stations or non-BP gas stations.

How do I register my BP Driver Rewards card?

Visit www.bpdriverrewards.com and click the Register button. You will then be asked to enter your card number as well as some additional information so that BP can provide you with updates about BP programs and offers, and other specific information pertaining to your BP Driver Rewards account. Does my BP Driver Rewards card need to be registered before I can earn rewards?

No. You may pick up a BP Driver Rewards card at a participating station and swipe it at the pump at the beginning of the transaction to start earning rewards. However, in order to redeem any rewards you earn, your BP Driver Rewards card must be registered. You will receive a one-time 10¢ off per gallon reward when you register. Thereafter, you will earn a 5¢ off per gallon reward after two qualifying purchases totaling 20 gallons.

Where on my BP Driver Rewards card can I find my account number?

Your 19-digit account number can be found on the back of your BP Driver Rewards card below the magnetic strip.

What is my loyalty ID?

Your loyalty ID is a 10-digit number that can be entered at the pump at participating locations as an alternative to swiping your BP Driver Rewards card. The phone number you supplied when you joined the program is entered as your default loyalty ID, but please feel welcome to change it to any 10-digit number you prefer. Your loyalty ID number may not be used in Alabama or New Jersey.

I tried to enter my phone number as a loyalty ID, but I received a message that it’s already in use. What should I do?

You can create a loyalty using any 10-digit number. It does not need to be your phone number. To create your loyalty ID, log into your BP Driver Rewards account. Click “Update Account Information,” then add a 10-digit number to the field titled “Add/change your phone number as a loyalty ID number.” Then click the “Update” button.

What if I don't have a BP Driver Rewards card? Can I still register for the program?

Yes. If you do not have a BP Driver Rewards card, you can request a card and provide your mailing address so that a BP Driver Rewards card can be mailed to you. You can also visit a participating BP station and pick up a card and then register online here.

What if I forget my username and/or password?

Your username is the email address you provided when registering for BP Driver Rewards. Your password can be automatically emailed to you by clicking on Forgot Password.

How can I find out my current rewards balance?

Card members can find their BP Driver Rewards balances by logging in .

How are rewards redeemed with the BP Driver Rewards card?

Cents per gallon rewards can be redeemed instantly at the pump at the participating locations found here. To redeem cents per gallon rewards at the pump, a card member swipes their BP Driver Rewards card at the beginning of the transaction. A member may also enter their phone number, or whatever has been designated as the loyalty ID number, as an alternative to swiping their card. The prompter then asks if they would like to redeem their rewards. If they choose yes, the price automatically rolls back to the amount of cents per gallon rewards available. The maximum rewards allowable for each purchase is automatically used up for 20 gallons each transaction. However, the price will never roll back to less than $.109 per gallon.*

May I combine my BP Driver Rewards with my BP Visa® Rewards?

Unfortunately, no. BP Driver Rewards may not be combined with BP Visa® Rewards or any other BP rewards.

What if a card member wants to make a balance inquiry at a site?

Balance inquiries can be initiated by the cashier at the register. Once initiated, the card member swipes their BP Driver Rewards card on the PIN pad. The earned rewards amount will be printed on a receipt.

What if the pump doesn't respond to a BP Driver Rewards card that is swiped?

The card may not be activated, or the BP location you are at is not participating in the program. For details on how to activate your BP Driver Rewards card please visit www.bpdriverrewards.com. To find participating locations, please visit our Station Finder.

How can a BP Driver Rewards card member get credit for a qualifying fuel purchase if they forgot to bring their BP Driver Rewards card to the pump?

If a member’s BP Driver Rewards card is unavailable, they can enter their phone number, whatever has been designated as the loyalty ID number, at the beginning of a transaction at participating BP sites. If a BP Driver Rewards member does not yet have a loyalty ID, they can call 877.852.3025 a maximum of three times in 90 days. When calling, please be prepared to provide the information found on your receipt: Transaction ID; Transaction Date; Total Spend; Total Gallons; Price Per Gallon; and the address or Site ID of the BP station where you purchased fuel.
